Design Engineer – Architect

(under a civil contract or B2B agreement)

Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv (Ukraine), Białystok, Warsaw (Poland)
Employment type: civil contract or B2B agreement
Workload: part-time or project-based
Position: Design Engineer – Architect
Format: remote / office / hybrid cooperation

Your responsibilities:

  • Development of architectural solutions for energy and infrastructure facilities.
  • Creation of master plans, facades, sections, floor plans.
  • Preparation of drawings, specifications, technical solutions.
  • Coordination of architectural solutions with structural, engineering, and technological sections.
  • Participation in project approvals with clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Work with BIM models (if applicable).

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in designing facilities of class CC2 / CC3.
  • Architect's certificate.
  • Knowledge of English and/or Polish.
  • Experience with BIM platforms (Revit, BIM 360).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in architecture or construction.
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing industrial or energy facilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory documentation (DBN, DSTU, fire and sanitary requirements).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD, MS Office.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work in a team.
