Design Engineer — POB (General Construction Works)

Position: Design Engineer — POB
Format: Remote / office / hybrid collaboration

Your responsibilities:

  • Development of the "Construction Organization Project" section as part of project documentation
  • Planning of construction processes, logistics, temporary structures, and access roads
  • Preparation of work schedules, construction site layout schemes
  • Determining requirements for machinery, resources, and temporary utilities
  • Coordination with related sections (architecture, structures, roads)
  • Participation in the approval of documentation with clients and expert authorities

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience in designing POB for class CC2 / CC3 facilities
  • Knowledge of software: Civil 3D, Revit, BIM 360
  • Availability of a certified design engineer license
  • Knowledge of English and/or Polish

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher technical education (construction, transport construction, organization of construction works)
  • At least 2 years of experience in POB design
  • Knowledge of regulatory documentation (DBN A.3.1-5, DSTU, PUE)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work in a team
